Refund, Return and Exchange Policy – Socks Club
At Socks Club, we aim to provide high-quality and comfortable socks to our customers. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.
1. When Can You Request a Return or Refund
Customers can request a return, refund, or exchange if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- Wrong product was delivered
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- There is a missing item in the order
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a return or exchange, contact us with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear images of the product and packaging
Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
- Socks are unused and unwashed
- Product is in original condition
- Original packaging and tags are intact
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
3. Non-Eligible Returns
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Socks have been used or washed
- Product is not in original condition
- Minor color differences due to screen lighting
- Change of mind after purchase
- Product damaged after usage or improper washing
- Return request made after 30 days
- Products purchased during sales or promotional offers
4. Return Shipping
Once the return request is approved:
- Our courier partner will arrange pickup from your address.
- Return shipping charges between ₹100 – ₹150 may be deducted from the refund amount.
Courier will attempt pickup up to 3 times. If pickup fails, the return request may be cancelled.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refund methods may include:
- Original payment method
- Bank transfer
- Store credit or gift voucher
Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Refund Timeline
- Online payment orders: Refund will be processed within 7 working days after approval.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer within 7–10 working days after approval.
Cash refunds are not available for COD orders.
7. Exchange or Replacement
Customers can request an exchange or replacement if the product is defective or incorrect.
- Only one exchange is allowed per order.
- Replacement will be shipped after the returned product is received and inspected.
8. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable:
- Original shipping charges
- COD handling charges
- Taxes or duties (if applicable)
9. Limitation of Liability
Socks Club’s liability is limited to product replacement or refund of the purchase amount. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.
10. Policy Updates
Socks Club reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Customers are advised to review this page periodically.
